What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. All shippings are sent with UPS & USPS from California. P.O. box addresses are not accepted.
How do I place an Order?
Found something you love? Follow the steps below to place an order. 1. Add to Cart To add an item to your cart, select "add to cart" or "personalize" on the product page. 2. Review Shopping Cart After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity by selecting at the top of any page on artofyourmind.com. 3. Proceed to Checkout When you are ready to order, select the blue button located in your shopping cart. 4. Account Login Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account. If the email address used to set up your account is no longer valid, please contact Customer Care to update your account or simply create a new account. New Customers: New customers will need to create an account. Or, click Checkout as Guest. 5. Enter a Billing Address Your billing address must match the address listed with your financial institution. 6. Enter a Shipping Address If your shipping address is the same as the billing address, check the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box. If shipping to a military post office, please select AA, AE or AP as the shipping state. 7. Payment Information Select your method of payment. If you have a Promotion Code or Gift Card, make sure to check the appropriate box and enter the Promotion code or Gift card number. If your gift card or promotional code does not calculate, contact our customer support. At this time, you can only use ONE method of payment per order, with the exception of an Art Of Your Mind gift card. You are able to use an Art Of Your Mind gift card in addition to your method of payment. 8. Select Delivery & Gift Options Review your order, change shipping options if necessary and add a message to be sent to the recipient once the order ships if it is being sent as a gift. 9. Submit Order Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “Submit Order Now” to complete the order. An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number. We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. Check Your Order Status If, at any time, you would like to review your order, click the Sign In link in the top right corner of most pages to login to your My Account.

We accept following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Apple Pay, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Google Pay.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Art Of Your Mind ships internationally all products. For International shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art Of Your Mind is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
With our 30-day guaranteed satisfaction, if an item is defective or you want to return it (check our Return Policies for more information), we will send you a return label (not available for international shipments).
